Payment Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments and transactions made through The Lawgicals website and its associated services.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
• Debit & Credit Cards
• UPI & Mobile Wallets
• Cheque Payments
• Cash Deposits (at our Billing Department)

Payment Due Date

Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. If an agreement exists, the due date in the SLA overrides this policy.

Late Payment Penalty

Late payments incur a 2% monthly penalty for up to three months. Beyond that, a 3% monthly penalty applies.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for services already delivered.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks result in a mandatory reimbursement of the full invoice amount, plus penalties:

• ₹5,000 + Taxes (for Indian transactions)
• $100 USD (for international transactions)
